You will also be provided the technical and legal foundation for the techniques presented. You will be brought up-to-date on the very latest scheduling tools and concepts relevant to recognizing and quantifying delays on a construction project. The speaker will introduce the concept of the longest path, present a simple way to understand float ownership and tackle the conundrum of concurrent delay. This topic will allow you to be able to use the project schedule as a more effective management tool.
