Recognize issues that can affect the year-end tax planning process for construction contractors.

As the end of 2014 approaches, many construction contractors are starting to prepare for meetings with their accountants to discuss year-end tax planning issues. Although there are not significant tax law changes at this point in the year, several pieces of proposed legislation will have an effect on construction contractors. This live webinar will assist the owners and accounting personnel of construction companies with how to recognize issues that can affect the year-end tax planning process. This live webinar will also discuss recurring issues that construction contractors encounter including choice of entity and choice of accounting methods. In addition, a brief discussion of general sales tax issues will occur to help the construction contractors recognize issues that state sales tax auditors are targeting.
